I have been a resident at 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Great place to live, especially in your early to late 20s. It is located near safe areas. The building is dog friendly and I haven't had any issues since moving in March of 2024. Any maintenance related issue is easily resolved, all you have to do is put in a work order on their online portal and they will review and handle the issue promptly. The building has modern architecture and felt homie since move in day.

Resort style living. Friendly and accomodating staff. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. The apartment building is very new, clean and well maintained. It is a breathe of fresh air! I have been a resident for a little over a year. I am very pleased. You feel like a guest at a hotel. Pet friendly. The heated outdoor pool is a must! The location is convenient. The noise quality is well controlled. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. I highly recommend!

It is challenging to put into words how wonderful this place is. There are too many positives to list. After just recently moving in, the entire process was seamless. Anthonia and Ethan were fantastic partners during the leasing and move in process. The front desk staff Andre, Teddy, and Diamond knew our names on the first day and are quick to provide assistance and reminders for packages, etc. The apartment itself is the best quality I’ve found in the greater Wilmington Area with many high quality finishings including soft close doors, ceiling fans, and ample lighting throughout. The team at 2000 Penn Ave have truly thought of everything and create a true “luxury” experience. If you are tired of being disappointed with apartments being overpriced and underwhelming, while referring to themselves as luxury but provided builder grade finishes and basic amenities, I strongly encourage you to stop looking and head to 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue - it will exceed your expectations.

2000 Pennsylvania Av is a great establishment with wonderful staff in an incredible location. Despite several areas of the building still undergoing construction, the heart of the building/lobby is in great shape, and I don’t notice any disturbance from the construction in my day-to-day. Working with Anthonia Benson, the leasing manager, was very smooth, despite the unusual circumstances thanks to COVID-19. She walked me through every single floor plan I was interested in our Zoom meeting, and was very responsive via email. As I have gotten to know the rest of the staff, they are all very cheerful, and happy to help you out. The finishes in the apartment are really well done, and all the appliances work great. I have yet to have a need to see how quickly maintenance responds, but given my other interactions with staff, I cannot imagine it being a problem. The location of this building is prime! I’m no more than 15 minutes from any shopping center or mall, and it’s an easy walk to many restaurants/pubs. There’s even a beer/wine/liquor store across the street! The building is very well designed, specifically the layout of the elevators, parking garages, and lobby. It’s super easy to get around with the secure fob/keypad system, and while there is still some construction going on throughout the building, I hardly notice it. I couldn’t recommend 2000 Pennsylvania Av enough, and the amenities aren’t even 100% finished yet! I can’t wait to see what this community becomes when it’s completely finished and more tenants arrive.


I typically don’t write reviews, however, my move in experience was beyond any expectations.
I decided to call 2000 Penn on a whim to just get an idea of what they had to offer and ‘Wow’I was so surprised all the luxuries and well thought out beautiful design/quality throughout the entire building. I work a lot of hours and typically don’t have the time to do half of the things I can do now! I have coffee outside on the lounge chairs, play pool after a long day at work to unwind. Today will be swimming, practicing my putting on the green and trying out the new restaurant down stairs ‘Santa fe’. All of this was possible from the kindness I felt walking into the door from my new friends, Anthonia and Andre’! They were both there for EVERY little possible request!! They made the dreaded ‘move in’ day pleasant! Even tho I wasn’t, they were still nice to me! Haha. The office manager and the gentleman that runs this building have been amazing too. I didn’t know how to use my fancy dryer and he immediately came up to help! This is the same man that made sure I had the things I needed to play pool! Last night I decided to walk to the store and the kind gentleman at the door made sure I had my fob to get back in. The security in this building is amazing! When you come home from work, there are so many things to do inside your own building!! It’s my five star hotel/home!

2000 Pennsylvania Avenue is a beautiful modern luxury building and the service is awesome. The security, efficiency, cleanliness and the attitude of the personnel is commendable. The staff is so professional and courteous and always attentive to our needs. They were so helpful getting us settled in. Our apartment is lovely, spacious and light-filled with many luxury amenities. The floor to ceiling windows, 9 foot ceilings, attractive ceiling fans in all rooms, beautiful floors and an amazing kitchen are just a few of the special features. We enjoy the outdoor space , rooftop deck, patio, pool, grilling station and beautiful landscaping. The fitness room has great equipment and the spacious recreational lounges are decorated impeccably. We love being able to walk to restaurants, shops and even close by nature trails. It’s a great neighborhood. After many years of homeownership it was a big decision to move to an apartment. We are so happy we found our new home here and we want to thank you for all your thoughtful touches.

Life long Wilmington resident. Great location, underground parking garage, attentive maintenance staff and many top amenities. Not many buildings in the area can compare apples to apples.

This is a fabulous place to live. All the amenities are first class. The apartments are spacious and everything in it is done with class . The building is kept spotlessly clean. Tenants are all friendly; and once a quarter of the Apartment throws a party for its residents. I have lived here four years and just love it.

I lived here for just over two years and while this place isn’t perfect, it is still really good compared to other apartment complexes, which is why I’m giving it a five star review. I have some pros and cons listed below. Pros: - Garage parking (and that it is not an extra cost) - No carpet (can be a con if you have a noisy upstairs neighbor) - Ceiling fans in bedroom - Bathroom (extra storage and tub shower with a deep and wide tub) - Soft close cabinets and drawers - Friendly staff - Office computer and printer are reliable - Elevators had issues in 2022 but haven’t had issues since then - Generally quiet apartment complex - Never had a package or mail stolen

I could not recommend this place enough! It is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. The management is outstanding (shout-out to Anthonia!). The community events are fun. The property is clean and modern and the amenities are great. Maintenance is responsive. In short: I loved it at 2000 Penn. After moving away for work reasons, I miss it already. 💔

As my husband & I planned to retire from Boyds Flowers after 37 years... we ended up selling our home rather swiftly and needed to find an apartment quickly. Living in the area for many years we were familiar with some of the newer riverfront offerings. After taking a walkthrough of some of these and then meeting Andre at 2000PennAve... there was little left to debate. He got us a tour within 48 hours, introduced us to Gladys and Anthonia and continued to spoil us for the duration of our lease. I used the private pool almost every day to swim laps, read or just grill a quiet dinner with family. I also had some lovely al fresco picnics on the fifth floor rooftop lounge. Inside we enjoyed a gym, yoga studio, billiard table, tv lounges, and of course coffee-to-go from the fully stocked coffee station every morning, before walking across the street to the flower shop. This could not have been more convenient during such a stressful time for us as we simultaneously relocated to the beach, sold our family business all during a crazy pandemic. The Amazon hub and concierge service offered us the ability to receive packages and groceries when in-store shopping just didn't feel safe. I even hosted a small Friendsgiving game night buffet in the community kitchen space on the second floor. FREE parking was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this centrally located apartment complex with it's caring and professional staff. They made us feel like family.

Excellent building with outstanding management. Security, cleanliness, animal control, noise, tenant, screening, responsiveness to resident concerns and parking all exceed any other complex I’ve resided in. A 5 star rating doesn’t seem enough and I’m very discerning.

We moved into 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue almost a month ago, and love our new "home"! The location could not be more perfect!!! The size, layout and finishes are awesome, and we are looking forward to the rest of the property being completed! The management team, notably Anthonia and Kimberly have been wonderful..as has the concierge team! Our move-in went as smoothly as it possibly could, and our new neighbors are super! As with any new project, there are always little details to finish and/or correct, and everyone has been very responsive!!!!! We are looking forward to the new restaurant opening on our ground floor...and the other future amenities!


Halfway thru the tour, my gut told me that this was the place to live. The leasing agents are professional and knowledgable. Over the course of a few
days, I met some of the staff from security and maintenance. The atmosphere is so positive, that I feel that I have known these individuals for a few years rather than a few days.
I AM HOME!!!!!


My partner and I moved in to our new apartment in mid-July 2020. The apartment building is beautiful inside and out! While close to the Union Street train tracks, you don't even notice the passing trains due to the soundproof windows. However, I am looking forward to construction being completed. While not distracting, it would be nice to have everything open, clean, and operational. We dealt with Anthonia during the leasing and move-in process and she was delightful. The other members of management are friendly and a pleasure to be around, too. My only negative comment is that there is a one-time amenities charge of $300 per unit. While I don't consider that steep, I am a little bothered by the fact that all of the amenities won't be open for our stay. For example, the gym and pool aren't open yet and I don't see the rooftop terrace being ready for quite some time.

I have lived at 2000 Penn for about a month and I cannot say enough good things about it. I was nervous at first because 1) I am new to the area and 2) the building is new construction. Well, my worries were unfounded. The leasing staff has gone above and beyond in helping me transition to Wilmington, even going so far as to recommend a handyman to mount a TV for me. Even though areas of the building are still under construction, there is excellent communication from the office regarding any potential issues and none of the work has been an inconvenience (i.e. no issues with water, electricity, etc). There are a ton of building amenities like a gym (which has a great view overlooking Penn Ave), pool, dog wash, electric car charger, etc. My apartment is lovely. It is spacious with lots of natural light. Additionally, there are tons of little thoughtful touches like cute lighting fixtures, etc. It truly feels like home. I love the neighborhood. The building has easy access to 95, which is a must for me. There are a ton of convenient retailers in the area, everything from restaurants to car dealerships so I don’t have to go far from home to run errands or grab food. I will say that I can hear horns from the Lexus dealership on occasion as my apartment faces their lot. However, I have been assured by the staff that they are actively addressing this and they have been very communicative regarding the status of this issue. Another thing I love about the neighborhood is the close proximity to Rockford Park and often find myself walking there or around the neighborhood in the evening. I’ve lived in about 8 apartment buildings in the past 10 years and 2000 Penn is, hands down, the best I have ever lived. Like I mentioned, the staff is amazing, friendly, and on top of everything. For me, that is key to my wonderful experience. The beautiful building, amazing amenities, and convenient location are just the cherry on top.
